Johana brings up a good point… How do we maintain the LiveFit lifestyle when we get sick?? Sleep and hydration should be easy. It’s when you’re sick you need those two things most! But what about Nutrtion, I know when I’m sick, a lot of the time I turn to “comfort foods” or I don’t eat much at all. And working out can be tough too.
